Mary K. Sreenan – President

Mary Sreenan specializes in Corporate Employee Benefits Programs. By quoting the industries leading carriers, she can provide clients with numerous benefit options. With over 17 years experience in the insurance industry, Mary’s expertise lies in the management, marketing and servicing of group insurance products including life, health, dental and disability. With an extensive knowledge of Health and Welfare Programs, she assists clients in defining their HR goals and fiscal parameters, enabling her to offer recommendations with specific guidelines appropriate to their objectives.

Mary is a graduate of Florida Southern College where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. In addition to her BA degree, she also holds her Series-6 license and offers investment programs including
401(k), IRA’s, SEP, Annuities and Mutual Funds.

She has served in a number of leadership positions for business, cultural and charitable organizations throughout Palm Beach County. She has been selected as a member of Palm Beach County Leadership (Class of 2004).

Mary has served the JL of the Palm Beaches as chairman of several committees for the past 15 years. She is on the board of the Stop! Children’s Cancer. She also works with the St. Mary's Children’s hospital raising funds for pediatric oncology and spending time with the cancer patients.

Stephen H. Watters– Vice President

Steve is a high energy executive with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Prior to joining BenefitAbility, Steve spent eleven years at SunTrust Bank as City President of Indian River and St. Lucie Counties. He then moved to Grand Bank & Trust of Florida as President of the Treasure Coast Region.

Steve’s twenty plus years in the Banking industry gives him expertise in supporting his client’s needs along with keen problem solving skills. His familiarity is with companies of all sizes. Steve’s primary responsibilities include the development and implementation of innovative strategies for the design, funding and administration of corporate and public sector employee benefit plans.
Because of the ever increasing complexities in today’s business environment, Steve focuses on the changing requirements of his clients. He develops employee benefits uniquely tailored to meet each individual situation. Steve’s personal philosophy is “To consistently exceed my client’s expectations.”

Steve is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.

In addition to his professional activities, Steve is active in the community with many charitable organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Heathcote Botanical Gardens.
